Where is WaterBoardz based?
Our headquarters are located at 39 Hilltown, Dundee, GB DD1P 7YB, but we ship our premium water sports equipment worldwide (excluding some remote areas in Asia).

How do I choose the right towable for my needs?
Our towables are categorized by capacity: 1 Person Towables are perfect for solo riders, 2 Person Towables are great for couples or friends, while our 3-5 Person Towables are ideal for group adventures. Consider your typical group size and desired experience when choosing.
What’s the difference between boat wakeboards and foil wing boards?
Boat wakeboards are designed for traditional wakeboarding behind a boat, while foil wing boards are used with hydrofoil technology that lifts the board above the water’s surface for a smooth, flying sensation. Foil wings require more skill but offer a unique riding experience.
Do you offer equipment for beginners?
Absolutely! Our junior wakeboards and entry-level towables are perfect for beginners. We also offer a range of kitesurf accessories suitable for those just starting their water sports journey.

What payment methods do you accept?

What shipping options are available?
We offer two shipping methods:

How long does order processing take?
We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. During peak summer months, processing may occasionally take slightly longer, but we’ll keep you informed of any delays.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship globally, with the exception of some remote areas in Asia. If you’re unsure whether we deliver to your location, please contact us before placing your order.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your water sports gear on its journey to you.
Why might larger items take longer to arrive?
Items like towables or foil boards may require special handling and may be subject to different shipping routes, which can sometimes add to the delivery time. Rest assured we’ll get your equipment to you as quickly as possible!
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. Please see our Returns Policy page for full details on how to return items and any conditions that apply.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We carefully inspect all items before shipping, but if your equipment arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Can I exchange an item for a different size or model?
Yes, within our 15-day return window you can exchange items, subject to availability. Please contact our customer service team to arrange an exchange.
